    About

    Michelle Corley

Life is hard! I recognize and understand that sometimes life will throw us a curve ball when we least expect it. It may feel difficult getting out of bed in the morning, struggling to parent your child, grieving the loss of a child you once had, or struggling with relationship difficulties. Therapy can be a great opportunity to get a new perspective or an objective point of view. I can help you re-claim an increased self-worth or assist you with re-framing constant negative thoughts.
My name is Michelle Corley and I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker. I graduated from Tulane University with a Master’s in Social Work. I am trained in Maternal Mental Health from Postpartum Support International. I have also received certifications in Family Practice and Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy.

As a woman who has struggled with infertility and pregnancy loss, I understand those feelings all too well. I utilize a variety of treatment modalities ranging from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Informed Care, and Mindfulness Based Therapy. I also provide supervision to MSW students and graduates in need of seeking additional licensure requirements.
